Prototype Requirement Clarification!!!

Hey folks - I think theres been some confusion (ok Im positive of it). This solution ***DOES NOT**** have to be react native. It doesnt have to be ANYTHING predefined. It could be web presented, for example. You do not need to be a react native developer in order to compete here. Please do not let that inhibit you.
